Greetings! I pray your Friday has gone well. I am late today with my post. However, this week has been very busy. As you know, I am an advocate for change. I have been working on my schedule for all the things I want to accomplish. I scheduled my posts for three times a week. Of course, this week has been challenging because of other meetings and such. At any rate, thank you for taking the time to read my posts.
I do wanna share Today’s Scripture with you. It is: TS: 2 Timothy 1:8-10 – “So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God. He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.” We have been called to holiness. After deciding to make the necessary changes and not live like before, we must give thanks for God’s grace and mercy. He has provided all that we need. We have righteousness throught Christ Jesus. We have God’s Word as our anchor and instruction manual. And, we have the Holy Spirit for guidance, comfort, wisdom, and strength.
Change has to be a part of our journey in the Lord. That’s our part. God has already done the rest. I believe that some mindsets have to be let go of. Priorities need to change. I say this because I had to do so myself. While I know that this information may be repetitive, it is still a reminder that change requires action. Sometimes you may need to do something over several times until you get it right. But when success comes, it’s awesome. Start your change process and celebrate the small steps. It is not an overnight process. It is a work in process. God bless you, and be encouraged.
