Greetings! I hope you have had a great day. My day started early with the grandkids off to school with Mom. I had a writer’s workshop at 9 am with the CCNI group. I had errands, etc. Being active in the things I enjoy is a blessing. This is a Christian coaching organization that I joined a few months back. I am so very glad I did. That decision is in step with Today’s Scripture.
Hebrews 12:1-2: “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
My encouragement is that God gives you something to do. His purpose for your life is in you. It took me a while to find the space where I enjoy what I do. I care for others with the part of me that I didn’t always understand: empathy. It takes time, especially when your circle is unable to help you. My desire to change and grow continues as God makes space for me to share my heart because of His grace and mercy.
