Greetings! I pray you are doing well. The kids are back in school. I pray for their protection against the unseen external forces. We can’t see the bullies, the predators, the incidents, etc. I am currently working on my schedule. Yes, again. Trying to fit in all I want to do in every day’s schedule is a daunting task. I have to break things down for specific days in the week.
As someone who loves to learn, it boils down to time crunching when I attend webinars or other venues to stay abreast of my areas of interest and commitments, like coaching and my participation in church. And, of course, my writing and photography. I keep myself encouraged in God’s word.
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Psalm 31:4-5

Psalm 9:9-10 – “The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know Your name trust in You, for You, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek You.” Psalm 37:4-6 – “Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.” 1 Timothy 1:12 – “I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that He considered me trustworthy, appointing me to His service.”
One thing I do speak on as a life coach is setting realistic goals. This is where I am now. As you grow, you change things. Evaluation helps you decide what to keep doing and what to stop doing. God bless you, and be encouraged.

Setting realistic goals reminds us they serve us, and never the other way around. Thanks, Sandra!
I’m in a new era in my life and need to set goals so I don’t just float along. Realistic goals, like you said.
Constantly evaluating where we spend our time is essential. We want to focus on things that help us grow, but because we can’t do it all, regular reflection is key. Great post, Sandra!
Reorganization is necessary, too.
That’s so true.
