Greetings! I pray you have had a wonderful Sunday! We will be in triple digits all this week. I am keeping hydrated. I hope you are too.
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: DANIEL 10:12
“Then he said, ‘Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer.”
Daniel provides a very clear view of God’s faithfulness. Daniel 9:3-4 – “So I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with him in prayer and fasting. I also wore rough burlap and sprinkled myself with ashes. I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed: ‘O Lord, you are a great and awesome God! You always fulfill your covenant and keep your promises of unfailing love to those who love you and obey your commands.”
When I read Daniel, I conclude he was a very humble man. He was a man of His convictions. He also sought God for understanding. Whatever he was experiencing, His go-to was God. God never failed him. While the enemy sought to thwart what God had set in order, he could not.
Faith in God is not in vain. God bless you, and be encouraged.
