Greetings! I hope that you are faring well today. I am excited that my daughter moved into her place yesterday. It’s nice to see goals come to fruition when you do all that’s in your capacity to do. The rest is in God’s hands. The temperature has dropped here in Vegas by 3-4 degrees. Today, the high was 102o. However, next week it’s going back up between 106o to 108o.
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: JOHN 1:14
God has given us the Word of Life, Jesus Christ. Our righteousness is through Him. Eternity is through Him. John 14:6 – “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” 1 Timothy 3:16 – “Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.”
God loved us so much that He gave us the Word of Life, His only begotten Son. Jesus in obedience to the Father gave up His life for all of us. Each person has the free will to accept or deny.
I am so appreciative of what God has done through Jesus Christ. I am unsure of how many consider eternity important. It is important to me, however. And, with that in mind, I lean unto God through my Savior. I believe that in living here on earth physically, it’s challenging to grasp the importance of eternity. God deemed it necessary that our righteousness through Christ presents an opportunity for us to consider the importance of eternity. My question for you to ponder is this. Is eternity something in your radar?
God bless you, and be encouraged.
