Greetings! I pray the beginning of your week is going well. I hope you enjoyed your Resurrection Sunday. Today’s post is about how serious God is regarding what He offers us. Salvation of our souls. How important is that? God deems righteousness in Him the top priority. Some may disagree. Your choice. Everyone has free will. God does not force us to love Him. He comples us to love Him because He first loved us, sacrificing His Son that we could choose Him.

I do realize that I have been focusing on my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus the last several weeks in my posts. That is where my heart is.  My prayer this year was for spiritual growth, to become more sensitive to the Holy Spirit. While this may be my goal, I understand everyone may not be on the same page. However, I do encourage you to deepen your relationship with the Lord. God will honor the steps you take to honor Him in your life. Romans 8:10 – “But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.”

God brings discipline to us because He wants us in the right place spiritually when Christ returns. He will return. You may have difficulties right now, but they are minor compared to where we will be without Christ when He does return. 1 Peter 1:7 – “In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

Where does your faith stand? As times become more chaotic and prophecy is fulfilled, this question will become more critical to answer.

Be encouraged and God bless you.
