I pray you had a great Tuesday. As I enter 2026, my focus is definitely streamlined to the posture of my heart. Sitting quietly, deep breathing, and thanking God I am still here, I am grateful. Gratitude is so important to me. It’s a reminder of the truly valuable things that grow us: family, friends, and new relationships to begin. My hope this year is to grow even more as I continue on my quest to encourage others more, to meet a deep-seated need that I see.

Each individual is valued in Christ. Many don’t believe that. However, God gives life, and He does have a purpose for each one. Thinking of a rose garden, the smell, the beauty, the nurturing, and the blooming. Each facet of that garden has someone whose purpose was to do their part. Not everyone will be in the limelight. However, everyone is needed to create that limelight that should glorify God. 1 Timothy 6:6 -“Godliness with contentment is great gain.”

The current culture of fame and fortune seems to overshadow the fact that God should be our priority in life. He has a purpose for each of us. He has given gifts and talents to honor and glorify Him, and to bless others. This year’s mantra is application. You must apply the principles to see transformation. And, you must be willing to change the perspective that is not working for you.

God bless you, and be encouraged. You are not alone on this journey.
