Why Comparison Doesn’t Work to Your Advantage

“Some people are going to love you no matter what you do, and some people will never love you no matter what you do. Go where the love is.”- Eleanor Brown

This quote struck me when I read it. It is a pivotal point for getting through to accepting that you are who you are. It is about accepting who you are for you. God made you unique. Personal growth and development are choices to make your life more enjoyable for you and those you love. However, you cannot make everyone happy. You can help more people than you can make happy. Happiness is a personal quest for the person seeking happiness. That person needs to understand themselves to the point that they pursue the necessary changes to be happy.

I can say more, but for what? The simplicity of this quote speaks for itself. You don’t need a master’s degree to understand. I will add one more point. Eleanor says, “Go where the love is.” I say be the love that blesses others by being you.

Be blessed and encouraged.
