Christian Coaching

Pray your Wednesday is going well. The weather has changed, and it’s a little cooler for a few days. I am enjoying the weather regardless.

There is much negativity being magnified about Christianity. However, God’s word is still the same yesterday, today and forever. God’s word still provides the strength, courage, wisdom, and salvation need to be in right relationship with Him. Spiritual truth is a key fundamental part of lasting personal change. As a Christian coach, my objective is to help the individual find the truth for themselves. When a person grasps information for themselves, that information becomes a part of them. The life coach field is growing exponentially. There are many of us out here, with specializations, who want to help.

That said, should you find yourself in a stuck place, reach out and get some help. I feel certain there is a coach out there to meet your specific need. I know it may be hard to trust anyone right now. However, be willing to build rapport. Get to know someone and build community. Considering the current chaotic climate, we all need someone right now. Me included. I have created a coaching community for myself.

Part of personal growth is learning to navigate through those crazy circumstances. Circumstances don’t define. However, they can be revealing. How we navigate the challenges thrown our way can provide insight for what may need to change. Challenging circumstances provide insight to adjust a perspective. Asking the right questions can provide the motivation to try something different.

It takes effort to change your life. Starting with small steps is not a bad thing. Be patient with yourself and others. Change is not automatic. It is the practice of habits over a period of time with a mindset of accomplishing your goal. Each small goal accomplished can be replaced with the next one when you break down your larger goals into smaller ones.

Glorious-impact was created almost ten years ago because I wanted my voice to be heard on certain topics. Writing is also a method of creative self-expression. Over the years, my purpose has become more defined. An advocate for personal growth and self-development, my focus has grown into including my faith. In an effort to model what I encourage others to do, I got certified in addiction and recovery. I also received certification for CBT therapy and counseling.

I attained other educational steps with Associate and Bachelor degrees. Most recently I acquired my Master’s in new media journalism. All that was for context. My faith is the priority and as a writer, it is my focus. Coming together, my certification as a Christian life coach (International Christian Coaching Institute) brings everything into focus. I am an encourager and much of what I write is to offer methods for personal growth and transformation. The goal for me is to help others bring into practice methods that bring lasting change.

Be blessed.
