For Everything There is a Season

Happy Friday. Today has been good for me. I have working on rebuilding my strength. Getting better every day. I praise God for strength and healing. My energy level is not where it used to be but is returning.

Ecclesiastes 3: 1 is the Scripture I highlight today.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 – “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.

This Scripture had me consider the season that I am in. Aging is not the easiest season as I adapt to major changes. Health and energy are major adjustments. I have to give God the glory for where I am today. God’s word says to give thanks always.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 – “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

Whatever season you are in, He will be with you. I have not felt alone though. Friends and family have been encouraging and prayers have been said.

I appreciate that because it motivates me to continue encouraging others. The challenges I face make me stronger and motivate me to move forward. Being grateful for what I can still do encourages me.

An attitude of gratitude does much when we feel like there is more. However, I am learning more about “godliness with contentment”. Today’s post is about me sharing my heart. I do hope that it encourages you that whatever season you are in, God is with you.

Be blessed.
