Hello. I pray that you are having a marvelous Monday. I am excited and grateful to be back with you, sharing my hope and joy in the Lord. A week ago I was just back at home from the hospital.
It may seem like no big deal because aging brings medical challenges along with other things. However, each day is a blessing received from God. The C.S. Lewis quote below reminds me that God’s love for me is foundational.
Quote of the Day
“The great thing to remember is that though our feelings come and go God’s love for us does not.”
— C.S. Lewis
Aren’t you glad that God’s love for us doesn’t change? He is consistent. His unchanging love provides hope, not just for this world but for the world to come.

Although the world to come may not seem important right now, the soul is eternal. Therefore, I believe it is important to consider where our souls will dwell in eternity. Here is the only option to choose where the soul will dwell for eternity. Hebrews 9:27 says: “And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment.”
That said, it is something to ponder. This world is not all there is. I do appreciate that God’s love sustains us here and will sustain us in eternity.
Be blessed.

Hope you’re feeling better. Yes, God’s unchanging love despite our imperfections and mood changes is something I appreciate beyond measure–even the measure I understand now, because I know someday my understanding of his love will be measurably greater!
What an awesome thought process! I am feeling better, thank you.
