One topic of discussion came up that I hadn’t mentioned specifically in a while. That’s aging. How are you doing on your aging journey? Please leave comments. I am very interested in how you are doing with the current climate of change from the new president.

I must say things seem to be very chaotic. Living as a recipient of social security, I have my concerns. There are so many things up in the air. I am not a person of regret typically. However, I wish I had been more focused on my retirement so that I could buy my tiny house right now. If I had to pick one thing I would change, that would be it.

At one point, I believed social security would always be there. Not so. The possibility of things changing as soon as 2033 is daunting. Time is flying and 2033 is only eight light years away. My hope is in God moving forward. My concern for young people, the next generation, is on my heart. My prayers are up for them to be wise according to God’s will.

I am making peace with the fact that things are different. I am learning to plan my time better to accomplish my goals. I appreciate meeting my daily goals more. Self-awareness has helped clarify what I can do opposed to what I want to do.
