The Enjoyment of Growth

Happy Thursday and God bless! I am sharing today celebration of the small steps. Focused on doing daily work, whether it’s writing, reading, organizing, etc., I am feeling stronger. Each day I get more motivated.

There is a distinct difference in my confidence. I feel stronger. I write a lot about how-to. I am sharing the feelings presented moving forward in what I enjoy doing; sharing, helping others, and encouraging others. My self-awareness increases as I recognize the changes I am processing.

When I started on this life coaching journey, I was unsure if this was the direction for me. I decided to trust where God was leading me and do the work. There have been some hiccups and betrayal. However, staying true to my faith and core beliefs has provided a level of protection I couldn’t buy. The acceptance that consistency is key is reinforced in daily commitment.

Another aspect of consistency is finding out what is working and what doesn’t. You can adjust accordingly. I am flexible and will try something to make sure it works for me. Only you can determine what works for you.

What’s my point? My point is that whatever you enjoy contributing, focus on doing that. Stay committed on a daily basis. Celebrate the small steps. Every mile begins with a single step. It is my perspective that we can get sidetracked staying stuck on the big picture. The big picture is important. Don’t get me wrong. However, the foundation is in the details. Enjoy the process.

I make sure to keep myself grounded with the fuel needed to stay strong. My faith is at the core of who I am. I pray, read God’s word, and encourage others. What’s at your core? Where do you want to go from here? What change do you need to make for growth?
