Change: Growing in Grace

Live life to the fullest. I have thoughts about being present and enjoying life more. Right now, it is all any person has. I believe in personal development and setting goals. This is where embracing the present and the future comes into play.

As I develop my spiritual goals, I gain a deeper appreciation for being present. Growing my faith in God is extremely important. It is my anchor. I believe you can make changes in your life for the better. I wouldn’t be a life coach otherwise.

My professional goals are also key to my personal development. However, I think this perspective cannot become an obsession, so you miss being grateful for the present. Growing knowledge of how to help others will always be at the top of the list. Although key factors may change regularly, you don’t have to incorporate everything. What’s important is knowing what tools exist and what tools you need.

This growth is based on consistency. In the last couple of days, I have reflected on some changes made because I practiced them consistently. I see my track record. Rising earlier is now incorporated. I noted in my journal that I am thrown off my day when I get up later. Deep breathing is now part of my daily routine. I enjoy the quiet and stillness early in the morning. I had to start incorporating the habits that would bring me the changes I sought.

Being mindful of what’s on my mind provides a great start to my day. These steps may seem simple. It takes practice to make something a habit. Your habits shape who you become. This is fundamental for positive and permanent change.

The most significant point I want to make with this post is that life is to be lived. Whether you choose to be a doctor or a gardener, there is more to living than striving for everything. We can appreciate and enjoy the journey.

Be blessed.
