Today I am sharing about changing. Making the progress from what you used to do to practicing a new habit. I read several books about changing habits and thoughts. After a while you just have to do it.

Sometimes it seems like the process winds like the steps in the image above. Change is achievable. It is said they only constant is change. Evaluate where you are. Choose a goal to pursue. Write it down. Break down the details. Set your time frame. Commit to a 30-day work in progress. See how this works for you.

Identify some of the habits you want to work on. Replacing bad habits with new good ones is a place to begin. Small steps provide encouragement, help to solidify progress and movement towards your goal. Then start working on it. Cross each step off the list as you make progress. This method provides focus and moves you past the wishing phase.

Be blessed.
