I am committed to sharing information and events dedicated to community connection and support. The Genesis Project is one such event. I was pleased to interview Sheyla Pierre, Director of Equity Development and Community Engagement. The interview is below.

I encourage you to view the entire video. Sheyla has great insight into how this project impacts our community. The move closer toward better connection and community support is in motion. Should you have additional ideas on implementing events to help you and the community, express that in the comment section.

With a genuine commitment to connect and support the Las Vegas community, please give a listen. Should you desire to participate in this effort, please check out the information provided below to contact Ms. Pierre.

One response to “The Genesis Project”

  1. Edward Ortiz – I'm a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 24 years of leadership and management experience. I have a BS in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez and an MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University. My hobbies are running, reading good books, and blogging. I’m married to my college sweet heart and have a wonderful son.

Great post and interview, Sandra. Support for seniors in this country is greatly needed, and the work Genesis is doing, especially with the opening of the medical school, is going to enhance support within the community.
