Hello. I pray everyone is doing well. I had a comprehensive visit with my primary care physician today. I am excited because my numbers are good. My A1C is back to normal at 6.3. I share because I encourage you to keep up with the maintenance. I don’t have it perfected yet. However, I am working on my schedule, diet, and consistency. It can be a little frustrating attending all the appointments but it is worth it to nip something in the bud. I have about seven more various appointments before the end of the year. Keep me in your prayers.

Spiritual maintenance is just as important. My Scripture for today is Proverbs 4:26-27. Evaluate where you are, where you want to go, and how you want to get there.

I count my blessings today. God is still good as I evaluate where I am and my life. Be blessed.
