Isaiah 64:4 NKJV

“For since the beginning of the world men have not heard or perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, who acts for the one who waits for Him.”

What does this verse of Scripture say to me? That God acts for those who wait for Him, who trust Him. It says we cannot fathom what God has in store for those who trust Him. It says this is a promise to hold onto. Why? God is faithful to His word. His promises are yes and Amen (II Corinthians 1:20).

How? Trust. Believe that God is true to His word. When I reflected on my journey, and trusted God to handle the circumstances, I was at peace. I trusted His omniscience to reflect the best resolution for all involved. It’s never just about us. His grace provides whatever additional strength and wisdom is needed. It wasn’t always this way. As with Paul, I press toward the mark (Phillippians 3:14).

Be blessed,
