GRACE

Grace. The definition of grace is the manifestation of favor; favor or goodwill. The grace of God is all that I need.

Ephesians 1:7-8 – “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,” NKJV

Grace

I do not have enough words to express the magnitude of God’s grace. Christmas is celebrated as the birthday of Jesus. However, His birth, death, and resurrection all-encompassed equal grace to me.  What present could you give Jesus on His birthday that would be more valuable than what He gave us? Eternal life.

I have been thinking about God’s grace for a while now. How important it is. When I am having a difficult time or challenge, God’s grace sees me through. To navigate this life journey, I would not have made it otherwise. But for the grace of God.

Personal development has been the topic of my recent posts. Moving forward most healthily without addressing the spirit’s need is impossible. I understand I am here because of the grace of God—the beginning of addressing true change. A better word would be transformation. As real needs are addressed, transformation takes place.

There is a site that I have come to enjoy. I put the link here for you to enjoy as well. From Bible studies to resources, my prayer is for your enrichment and growth in the spirit.

Be blessed,

  1. Joyful Moments In Christ – Following Jesus while seeking joy and contentment in the Christian life. Join one Christian woman as she studies the Bible and tries to find understanding in the journey of Christian living.

Without grace, transformation cannot happen. Let’s accept this grace and move forwards towards the goal: ” I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14 (ESV)

    1. One of my favorite Scriptures. However, when the favorite list becomes extensive what should you say then? I like the bible itself. This Scripture encourages us to keep moving forward in Christ keeping our eyes on the prize. Thanks for sharing.
