  2. Chanel Walker – Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1973. She was educated in the public school system and spent most of her youth surviving the life offered in tough urban neighborhoods. Raised by a single mother, she is the oldest of three and the only girl. She is known to be strong, independent by nature, and an inspiring go-getter in-spite of not having the ideal upbringing. Chanel is a published author, inspirational speaker and internet television personality. Writing is her passion and natural born gift. She has written poems which were published in the Philadelphia region and has received many accolades regarding her writing abilities in the business arena as a Health Care Insurance Professional. Her family and friends have also recognized her unique ability to express herself in writing. Chanel has earned an Associates of Arts (AA) Degree in Psychology and a Bachelors of Science (BS) degree from The University of Phoenix. Now in her early 40's, she currently lives in North Wilmington Delaware with her best friend and husband. Together they are raising a family, pursuing their dreams, and keeping strong in their common faith.
