Okay_What's NextToday I find myself accepting things for what they are. I am in transition (again), until God does what He does for me. I have moved to another friend’s house. Having to keep transporting everything can be a bit overwhelming. Of course, all I need is my coffee pot, my Bible, my computer and my phone. I work with these tools consistently. Call me flexible because I adjust to the space that I’m in. Yes, I make do with whatever the situation is at the current moment.

Do I like this? No, but I have accepted that the flexibility I have is there for a reason. Do I know everything God is doing. Of course not. But then, would I have anything to write about? Maybe, maybe not. Fiction?

The next few days will probably go by in a blur. I have been working three days in a row. Today is the fourth and I have three more to go. I have added 45 minutes to my drive time to and from work. I want to say that I really did have the time management almost down but alas, things have changed again.

The Confident Woman

I have been trying to get the book review done for The Confident Woman. I am currently on Chapter 6. I am still the confident woman though. Confident that I have to keep things in stride and change what needs to be changed accordingly. I love the book by the way. And, have added some of the information to my daily spiritual reminders. I will get it done this month, however, because it has great information for women in the ministry. In betwixt and in between the other things.

Reading...Although things seem to be chaotic, acceptance has allowed me to be at peace. This is, of course, is in perspective to the fact that I know God is doing something and I have to wait for Him. I am still writing and still committed to my blog. I sometimes have to take a day just to read and comment for my blogging community. Love the posts! When things seem to be a bit maddening, reading the posts of my fellow bloggers seems to bring a calm because of the common understanding of what we deal with as writers. And, the timely messages from my writing friends always seems to come at the perfect time to reinforce the acceptance. Sometimes we already know a thing but the reminders seem to be the icing on the cake. Here are a few….but not the full list by a long shot of those I love. Laughing out loud because I keep adding more.

The Daddy Blitz, The Life Project, The View from My Window, Giggles & Tales, Body Renovations

I wanted to do the Photo 101 course. Alas, not happening this time around. Not only did I not get the finances for the camera I wanted to use, the time was not available to do the best work I could do. Not a happen camper when I can’t put my best foot forward in a thing. I will do the next course when it runs again. I love having my own photography work to add with the posts created. In the midst of the organizing, God has given me the idea to create other backgrounds for my posts using Adobe Illustrator (graphic design degree that I would love to implement soon). I did a couple already when I couldn’t find what I wanted to say from the Pinterest quotes. Pinterest is a good tool for helping in bringing a point home.

This post will be under a new page category for me that will be about my writing journey. Sometimes a post to just to say how I’m doing or what I’m dealing with in the creative forum. Organizing the posts so that God is all by Himself. I did realize that I needed an outlet for me about the journey in and of itself. God will always be my first priority though.

Just sharing what’s up for a Sunday….see you all soon.
